Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations

Your order is prepared as soon as we confirm it on our end. We will not accept cancellation requests once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant.

Errors in Food Order

If you receive a food item that is different from your receipt, please inform us immediately through call, text, or email so we can prepare the correct food item. Rest assured that your order will be prioritized by our kitchen. 

You will be informed once the correct food item is ready for pick-up – we request that you return the wrong food item in its original container. If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed, we will no longer honor it for replacement.

Incomplete Order

In case there are missing item/s from your order that are present on your receipt, please contact us immediately. You have the option to cancel the missing item and we will refund the amount to your credit card or we will refund you with a store credit if you paid with cash.
